ELMENDORF CLUB EVENT GUIDE:
How does this work?
You begin by calling the Susitna Club at 753-3131 to check for
availability of the club or Six Mile Chalet.
The Susitna Club and Six Mile Chalet are available for events catered by
Horizons Catering or for "Pot Luck" style events, official functions,
meetings, conferences and other gatherings.
You may choose to have your event catered by Horizons Catering in which
case there is no rental fee at the Susitna Club and a reduced fee for
Six Mile Chalet. Or you may choose to have a Pot Luck event in which
case rental fees will apply. Please check with the club staff for
current fees and policies.
If your event is to be catered, please contact Horizons Catering at the
number listed in this brochure for menu options. A representative from
Horizons will be available at the Susitna Club Wednesdays from 8:30 am
to 5 pm to answer your questions or you may make an appointment to
discuss menu options. For any events that don't require catering
service, you will work with the staff of the Susitna Club for your
reservations and requirements. For additional information call the
