In order to request child care a DD Form 2606 is required and can be faxed to 552-8499.Children of all military DoD personnel, and reserve personnel are eligible to use Child Development Program facilities. A priorities for use system has been established at base level per AFI 34-701.
The Child Development Program provides hourly care on space availability, full daycare, a Part-Day Preschool program, and special openings. Children six weeks though five years old are eligible to use the center. For hourly care, children must be at least six weeks of age
